AIG will verify information and confirm your policy.
Any legal Hong Kong resident aged between 12 to 70, who is enrolled at a registered and accredited educational institution outside Hong Kong.
(a) Please refer to the premium table in the brochure below.
(b) Payment can be made cheque or credit card.
The policy effective date must be same as, or earlier than the Insured Person’s Departure Date from Hong Kong.
Please download and complete the application form, and send the form to our Customer Service Group by email (cs.hk@aig.com) or fax (2838 4180) at least 5 working days before the departure date of your journey. We will send the policy to the stated address by mail.
To make a claim, please fill out the relevant claim form from the Downloads section.

Note:
For annual plans, please submit a copy of the passport showing the duration of the trip.
(i) All claims must be notified to us within 30 days from the date of loss.
(ii) All supporting documents proving the loss must be submitted 60 days from the date of loss.
(iii) No claim will be admissible if notified after one year from the date of loss.
