1. The “Buy AIG Critical Illness SafeGuard Policy Online & Get Supermarket Voucher Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is only applicable to the application for AIG Critical Illness SafeGuard (“Designated Product”) underwritten by AIG Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“AIG HK”).
2. The Promotion will run from 1st March to 30th April 2024 (both dates inclusive) (“the Promotion Period”).
3. The Promotion is only applicable for the Designated Products enrolled successfully online through the website: http://www.aig.com.hk (the “Designated Website”).
4. AIG HK reserves the right of final approval of the insurance plan application. These terms and conditions are related to the Promotion only and no reference has been made to any coverage of the Designated Product. For the coverage and other details of the insurance plans, please refer to the policy wording. For enquiries, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at (852) 3666 7018 (Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, except public holidays).
5. Vouchers
a. Customers who successfully purchase the Designated Product through the Designated Website within the Promotion Period (the “Eligible Customers”) can enjoy the promotion offers below (the “Vouchers”).

b. AIG HK will contact Eligible Customers regarding the prize arrangement. The E-Vouchers will be sent to the registered email address of the Eligible Customers within 90 days after the closing date of the Promotion.
c. Customers must not cancel the relevant policy applications and/or policies before AIG HK gives the Vouchers.
d. AIG HK is not the supplier of the redemption for the Vouchers. The use and validity of Vouchers are subject to terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier. Any enquiries or complaints regarding the Vouchers, the goods redeemed by / the service relating thereto should be directed to the supplier. AIG HK accepts no responsibility / liability in respect thereof.
e. The expiry date will be stated on the Vouchers.
f. The Vouchers are non-exchangeable or non-refundable. AIG HK can replace the Vouchers with alternative rewards without prior notice.
6. The application date of the Designated Product is based on the record of AIG HK.
7. AIG HK reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or modify/terminate the Promotion without prior notice. The decision of AIG HK is final.
8. AIG HK has the sole discretion in determining customers' eligibility for this Promotion.
9. The English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions.

5. 禮券
a. 於推廣期內成功經由指定網頁 投保指定產品的客戶（「合資格客戶」），可獲得以下相應的超市禮券(「超市禮券」);

c. 美亞保險發出超市禮券前，客戶必須沒有取消相關投保保單;
d. 美亞保險並非超市禮券的供應商。超市禮券須按其供應商指定的條款及細則使用及兌換。如對超市禮券或相關的產品或服務有任何查詢或投訴，請直接與有關供應商聯絡，美亞保險對此不承擔任何責任或法律責任。
e. 關於超市禮券到期日，請參閱屆時禮券所示。
f. 超市禮券不可轉換或退款。美亞保險有權以其他優惠代替而無須事先通知。
6. 指定產品保單的申請日期將以美亞保險的紀錄為準。
7. 美亞保險保留一切修訂此推廣條款及細則之權利，或於任何時候更改/終止此推廣而無須另行通知。美亞保險保留就此推廣的最終決定權。
8. 就客戶是否合資格參與此推廣，美亞保險保留全權決定。
9. 此條款及細則之中英文版本如有任何歧異，概以英文原義為準。
